Connect a TradingView Strategy
Updated over a week ago

You can turn the signal mechanisms you have created on TradingView into an automated trading robot by connecting them to Traderlands. In this article, we will inform you about how you can connect the strategies you have created on TradingView to Traderlands.

First of all, you need to click on the "Workshop" section in the menu on Traderlands, then click on the "Connect Now" button under the "Connect a Tradingview Strategy" heading. After naming your strategy in the "Presets" menu, you can proceed to the next step by selecting the exchange, market type and pairs you want to run your strategy on.

NOTE: You should make sure that you choose the type of market you choose according to the strategy you are creating.

You will be presented with a window where you can select the "Webhook Address", "Webhook Message" and "Webhook Connection Type" which will allow you to connect the strategies you have created on TradingView to Traderlands.

After selecting the "Webhook Connection Type" that appears on the Traderlands screen as "Strategy" and copying the "Webhook Message" text, you can switch to the TradingView page.

First, you should add the strategy you have created to the chart. In the example above, the strategy named "RSI Cross" has been added to the chart.

After adding your strategy, you should set an alarm by clicking on the "Create Alarm" icon in the TradingView image above. In the window that opens, you need to select the strategy you added to the chart in the "Condition" section, give a name for your alarm and paste the copied Traderlands Webhook Message into the "Message" section of TradingView.

While in the "Notifications" tab, you need to copy the Traderlands Webhook Address and paste it into the field indicated by the arrow above. Finally, click on the "Create" button and save it.

NOTE: Each alarm is created for a single pair. You need to set separate alarms in TradingView for the pairs you have selected in Traderlands "Presets".

NOTE: The warning on the screen is not due to any error. Please paste the "Webhook Message" you need to enter in the "Message" section into the relevant field without making any changes.

On Traderlands, you should click on the "I've Completed the Connection" button under the "Webhook Settings" window.

After completing these operations, you can proceed to the "Strategy Creation" section. You can adjust your settings such as Stop Loss, Take Profit, Trailing Stop, Trailing Distance and Leverage according to your preference.

NOTE: The leverage you set here belongs to your strategy. You can adjust the "Leverage" of your positions to be opened in real trades in the "Budget Settings" section.

After pressing the "Continue" button, you can set your positions to run in Real or Virtual Process from the "Robot Status" section. You can also set the running status of your robot as "Run", " Track" or "Stop" from this section. When you choose Real Trading, the "Budget Settings" section will open as the next step.

If you have selected "Run" as " Real Trade", after pressing the "Continue" button on the top right, you need to set the budget to be allocated to the transactions to be opened from the "Budget Settings" screen.

In the "BudgetSettings" section, you can adjust the Concurrent Positions and Leverage settings. The Leverage you set here is the setting that will be used in your actual transactions.

NOTE: For each pair, we recommend you to set as many Concurrent Positions as the number of alarms you have set. If you have set only one alarm, you should set the Number of Concurrent Positions to "1".

NOTE: You can set your robot budget up to the amount in your exchange balance.
